Meet the little sweet and sassy Phoebe. She is a little spitfire and tough girl. She can hold her in first sure with her brothers even though she is smaller. She prefers her foster dad and likes to cuddle. She likes to play with German latter mates and us on tough cookie. She loves to chase and run through the house getting her energy out.
